#About the Hollywood Park that Allows you to Walk in Nature

Runyon Canyon Park is actually a piece of nature in the heart of Hollywood. Environmental sculptures, the park, and the viewpoints, make it particularly charming and one of the most popular hiking spots in the city.

Be sure to get dressed comfortably, as this walkway that crosses Mount Hollywood will require quite a bit of effort. There are a variety of routes with different steepness, and different levels of difficulty.

The highlight of this place is undoubtedly the view from the top. Beautiful Los Angeles will be revealed to you in all its splendor - including Sunset Boulevard and the famous icon of Hollywood.

Dogs here are guests of honor, and their owners can let them roam free. This is also why sometimes you can see here celebrities who come here with their dogs. Also, occasionally you will see groups of people here in yoga or Tai Chi classes, as they sometimes take place here - free of charge.

Consider getting to the park by taxi because the parking around the climbing route is reserved for the residents of the area.

Topanga State Park is in the northwest area of urban Los Angeles, is a place with 36 kilometers of walking trails, oak trees and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

If you love green and nature, or you would just like to take a rest, come here and view the city from a new angle. Walking trails here will lead you to viewpoints over the whole city.

Geology enthusiasts will notice a few interesting points - products from earthquakes, marine fossils, volcanic activity and a wide variety of sediment configurations.

Point Fermin Park is a park from which you can see wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, and the Saint Catalina Island. These can be seen well from a point called Point Fermin in San Pedro, the southernmost point of Los Angeles.

Long range telescopes enable visitors to see far way views, and in the water sea lions and dolphin packs can be seen from time to time.

In the park are also walking tracks and colorful gardens, among lawns with pagodas that offer visitors shaded areas.

There is an old lighthouse here from 1874 that looks like a large villa and is a great place for photos.

#About the Park on the Cliff Overlooking the Ocean

With a gorgeous location over the water, the many palm trees scattered across the promenade and the green lawn, many say that the Palisades Park in Santa Monica is the prettiest park in Los Angeles.

Many come here for picnics, walk their dogs, practice Tai Chi, and those looking for pretty views and overlooking the cliffs - this is a real magical park.

This is one of the oldest parks in the area, and one of the prettiest during spring. Besides special trees and many pretty flowers, there is a rose garden that must be seen, the long and narrow park has bike lanes, walking and running tracks, some of which are along the tall cliffs. The Pacific Ocean spreads from the park and to the horizon, and there are a few walking trails along the beach to walk on.

The peaceful atmosphere that is in the park makes Palisades one of the calm corner for family entertaining and ball games with children. Children will also enjoy the historical cannon that is in the park, and the different statues scattered around.

Many come to this park during twilight to take photos of the beautiful sunset. You can look and see flying seagulls.

In the heart of Los Angeles is Griffith Park, a vast park rich in vegetation and nature. It is no accident that the locals call it the "Central Park of LA," since it is a huge urban park.

Located on the hills of Los Angeles, Griffith Park offers wonderful views over the Hollywood landscape.

The park has official hiking trails, with difficulty levels and a variety of trails that will lead you to the peaks of its various hills. In the park you will enjoy the possibilities of riding bicycles and horses, plenty of picnic areas, a swimming pool, sporting fields and whatnot.

In the park try to get to the area called Fern Dell, a shady and pleasant area with magical waterfalls.
