#About Bangkok's Amusement Park

Dream World, Thailand's dream world, is a large and successful amusement park, less than an hour's drive from central Bangkok. As in any theme park, there are plenty of amusement facilities, including bumper cars, puppet shows, bumper boats, roller coasters, live shows, 4-dimensional cinema, cable cars, boat sailing, many clowns and other experiences and fun.

The Dream World Park is divided into various areas. During the day there are entertaining performances in the different areas.

In the park there is also a parade featuring clowns, dancers and costume characters, but what will really satisfy the excitement here are the various rides in its various areas.

#Park Sections

Among the park are these areas:

Fantasy Land - where you will spend time in the fairy-tale world, where you will travel, among other things, in Cinderella's pumpkin carriage and visit the castle of sleeping beauty.

Adventure Land - a place where you will experience things like rafting in the turbulent waves of the Grand Canyon and roller coaster ride at insane speeds and in the menacing darkness.

Snowy Land - here the temperature is zero degrees, like a visit to the Eskimo's igloo, sledding down hills and building snowmen.

Family tickets are available for sale, with free entrance to all rides, back and forth rides to the hotel, plus lunch, at about 700 Baht per person.

The park offers a unique cheap ticket, or parents who do not plan on riding on any of the attractions.

Luna Park Coney Island
Luna Park Coney Island
#About Luna Park Coney Island

The Luna Park Coney Island is the oldest one in the area. It is located on Coney Island, a peninsula that is located near Brooklyn, and is considered part of Long Island, Manhattan's neighbor. It's central location and cheap prices maintain its accessibility to everyone.

This Luna Park has existed for more than 100 years and offers attractions and rides for both children and adults. Once it was a sensation, though its popularity has declined a bit. In the 1980's people from the area renovated the park and restored it to its former glory.

Here you can take a walk along the wide wooden walkway, ride the famous Ferris wheel or other rides in the Luna Park, and enjoy the place like many generations of children have done before you.

A word about the Deno's Wonder Wheel. This is a historic landmark for Coney Island. This Ferris wheel is the height of 45 meters, and offers a panoramic view towards the New York, New Jersey skylines and the Atlantic Ocean. Right under you can see Brighton Beach neighborhood, known for its beaches, who New York residents always loved and have always visited. The famous play "Brighton Beach Memoirs" by Neil Simon, the base for the movie, tells the life of a Jewish family from this neighborhood, at the time of the Great Depression.

Let's return to the park - if you want little scary experiences, try the 'Cyclone' rollercoaster, considered the main attraction of the park. The track is 800 meters long, and it has been running for about 90 years. The ride takes you on crazy ascends and descends. Notice please - it is not intended for the weak of heart.

When you are all done at the Luna Park, it is worth going over and eating at Nathan's, the American hot-dog empire, established here by a Jewish couple who immigrated here from Poland, and did not know a word of English.

Another thing to try are the caramelized apples from William's Candy, located right nearby.

#About the Miniature City for Children to Play like Adults

KidZania is a small and colorful kid city, with banks, airports, offices, garages, hospitals, restaurants, dentists and even a burning building that needs to be put out fast.

This is a very educational place, where kids between the ages of 4-15 can act like adults. They can practice having a regular job. When kids "work" in KidZania, they receive a sort of payment for their work, and they can use this money to purchase things they want around the city, save up for school, and learn how to manage their own earnings.

KidZania is located in the Siam Shopping Center in the city center. The way the city is structured, children learn about how to handle finances. They can try working different jobs, earn money, and of course decide what to do with that money. In each station children are given direction and proper dress for each job, and only then do they begin "working." Children can choose to be pilots, doctors, ambulance drivers, construction workers, magicians, firefighters, news reporters, chefs, milkmen, and more.

There are even perks for certain jobs. Because the chefs roll the sushi or make hamburgers in the fast food restaurant, they get to eat there as well. With the money earned, the kids can spend as they like, at the KidZania souvenir shop or at the beauty salon. Many of the children choose to put their money in a special bank and save it.

Parents cannot enter the complex with the kids. They can spend time at the cafe with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in the lobby, and watch their kids play through the windows.

This activity is recommended for ages 4-11, toddlers under 4 years old won't have anything to do here, but there is a Gymboree for toddlers and parents.

Language is not a problem and the children get along with demonstrations and hand gestures.

Berliner Spreepark
Berliner Spreepark
#The Amusement Park that Stopped Running

Berliner Spreepark is an old amusement park that has not been active for many years, but the rides remain in their original place and attract a lot of visitors.

Up until recently, ‘Do Not Enter’ signs were hung up all along the fence of the park. And as the saying goes, ‘stolen water is sweeter,’ the fun and excitement of sneaking into an abandoned amusement park made the abandoned Spreepark into a real attraction.

Today, the park is open twice a week, the rides of course do not work, but there is a train that runs around the park.

The park originally opened in East Berlin in 1969, it was reactivated after the German unification, and in 2001 was abandoned by its owner, who relocated some of its rides in Peru and opened a new park there.

The owner left behind what seems like the movie set of Jurassic Park. There are leftovers of plastic mammoths and dinosaurs bodies, which were once used as a part of the Park’s rides, and today lay lifeless on the ground, adding to the extinct prehistoric feeling.

The Spreepark is located in Treptower Park in the South Eastern side of Berlin, on the banks of the Spree River. After a quick walk along the river and around the Park, you will see a Soviet monument that has remained from the East Berlin times, and pleasant green spots to spend some nice quiet and peaceful afternoons.

#About Vienna’s Theme Park

You are located in a historic and very active amusement park. It is not by chance that most of the city's major festivals and attractions take place in Vienna's Amusement Park, called Prater. It is the oldest amusement park in the world and if the title "old" is not enough, then it is also the largest park in Austria.

The park is located right on the banks of the Danube River. When it opened, in 1895, the park included only one attraction, Venice in Vienna. It was an artificial lake-like lagoon, where the Viennese were able to sail and watch the models of the Vienna city miniature models. It was created by the architect Oskar Marmork and was the cornerstone of the amusement park.

Two years later, the park began adding other attractions, including the Vienna Ferris Wheel, built in 1897, from which until now see an amazing view all of Vienna. In addition, a theater was built in the park.

Today you will find 250 different attractions in the park for both children and adults, including a roller coaster, bumper cars, carousels, miniature train that runs through the green park, museums, food stalls and of course - the Vienna Ferris Wheel , which has since undergone massive renovations.

A nice advantage of Prater is that entrance is free, and one only pays for the rides you want to experience. Fun!

The name of the park is Warner Park, like the name of the American film company, Warner Bros, the largest competitor to Disney.

Warner Bros built this park as a sort of peak into the cinema industry and the world of film. It is no surprise that the main street of the park is an exact replica of avenues from Hollywood and Beverly Hills. From here you can enter different areas:

Superhero world - here you will meet Superman, Wonderwoman, Batman, and more cinema superheroes.

Warner Brothers Studios - you can meet and enjoy the studios of known movies

Village of animated movies - you can peak into the houses of the famous Looney Tunes heroes, like Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Silvester, Daffy Duck, and more.

The wild west area - you will enter the world of gunfights, horse racing, and more.

If you are trying to make up your mind between Warner Park and other attractions in Madrid, of course, Warner Park provides a much more impressive list of attractions. On the other hand it is more expensive and has a long drive back and forth.

Tokyo Dome City
#About the Wonderful Area for Children

Baseball, surprising as it may seem, is one of the most popular sports in Japan. The "Tokyo Dome" is a baseball stadium whose unique shape has earned it the nickname "The Great Egg of Tokyo" and is one of the most famous buildings in the city. This is where the "Yomiuri Giants" baseball team plays.

Even if the Tokyo Dome is a main sports stadium and stands out from the rest of the city's sports, it needs a firm and stable economic base. And so, in addition to its sports area, it also has an amusement park, which is part of an amusement complex that together creates the "Tokyo Dome City."

The complex includes the baseball stadium at its center, as well as the amusement park, a fun and playful experience for children and the whole family.

The amusement park, which is partially covered, re-opened in 2003 and now includes the following areas:

LaQua - an ultra-modern area, with a waterpark, a shopping center, restaurants, and an impressive ferris wheel.

Thunder Dolphin - the city's rollercoaster, that is excellent for both fear and excitement. The ride starts towards the roof of the main building, and dives to the center of the ferris wheel.

The Dinosaur Planet, is a favorite amusement park that will bring you back to the ancient world of dinosaurs. It is within walking distance of a Skytrain Station, on the famous Sukhumvit Street, Thailand's longest street.

Imagine about 200 elaborate dinosaurs of various sizes scattered around the complex, some of them in real size. They are used for the enjoyment of visitors, many of them children, touching them, while roaring, wailing and making grunts and other noises. It's almost easy to get confused when the tails move like real dinosaurs. Do not be alarmed - these are dinosaurs programmed to scare the visitors, in a good way...

The park covers over 12,000 square meters. It is divided into 3 areas, each of which has a unique experience. The 'Stars of Dino' show three periods in the development of the dinosaurs: the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous.

Apart from socializing with many dinosaur species, you will experience many different experiences and activities in the dinosaur park. Here you will be introduced to the flora and fauna of the dinosaur era, even if the modern towers surrounding it are a bit unrelated. There is a four-dimensional world that brings all the senses together and an audiovisual show in which you will know the history, evolution of the dinosaurs. You can see how these great creatures lived and the story of their extinction, in the volcano show that supposedly destroyed the dinosaurs.

Other fun attractions are dinosaur riding, which children enjoy very much, and the DinoEye, a huge and very fun Ferris wheel, 50 meters tall.

The box office closes at 8:00 pm.

After the Dinosaur Park you can visit the huge EmeQurtier shopping mall, next to the Skytrain station you arrived at.

#About the Great Amusement Park and Attractions

If you were looking for an entrance ticket to the fairy tale world, you came to the right place. Efteling Park is one of the leading and most loved ones in Europe. It opened in 1952 and took its place as a perfect park for family fun.

The park was established in 1935, and many visitors came to the site and wanted to spend time playing football or hiking. As time passed, new and varied attractions were added to the park and it continued to develop. In 1950 the park's official foundation was founded, it was the one that named it Efteling (named after a rural farm located in the area). As the visitors flocked to the park, all the facilities and sports courts were replaced by fairy-tale experiences.

The fairy-tale park, which corresponds to the fairy tales of Sleeping Beauty and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, reaches 720 acres. You will find a magnificent design that will bring you into an almost imaginary world: knight castles, dwarf caves, giant mushrooms and gardens filled with colorful flowers.

Beyond that, the children will be able to find the favorite facilities here: a pirate boat, roller coasters, carousels and much more. To complete the experience, throughout the stay in the park you will hear music, written especially for visitors.

In 2001 the park opened and became one of the leading parks in the Netherlands. A few years ago, the park was named the "Best Park in the World" and is visited every year by 3 million visitors.

It is recommended to buy tickets online in advance. There is also a discount of 35 euros per person. The card is for the day you ordered.

It takes about an hour to get to the train park and another bus for about half an hour.

Download the Park Utilities app. You can navigate with it and know what time you wait for each facility!

Most of the facilities here are for small children up to the age of 12-11. Fewer than 10 facilities suitable for older children and youth. There will be huge queues, waiting for one hour, for an attraction that usually takes between 1 minute and 5 minutes.

There are 5 compounds in Eftling, according to age and their subject. With small children, start in the compounds on the right side of the entrance. Biger children? - Turn from the entrance to the left side.
