About the Morris Restaurant in Mahane Yehuda MarketMorris is undoubtedly a Jerusalem wonder. For years he has been skipping around the Mahane Yehuda market and roasting amazing skewers of classic meats, such as fish, shishlik, kebab and chicken - all succulent and seasoned with expertise. But Morris especially appreciated the udders, brain, stuffed spleen, bacon skewers, entrecote skewers, goose liver, almonds - and, in general, the skewers of the parts you less know...
His dreamy meats come with an excellent Iraqi flavor and lots of love. Morris's fans do not find him from advertisements or promotions, but mainly by word of mouth. Good things should always be told!
Morris Biton began his history at a small food stall, which he opened in the late 1960's in the Mahaneh Yehuda Market. The stall was set up next to one of the butchers at the market and all the meat was ordered at real time from the same butcher. Since then he has moved a lot of places in the market, but loyal customers have always found him.
Today he runs the superbrand with his son, Dudu Biton and Morris opened another place at the end of the market, which is designated for lunch.
