With a mind boggling 320 thousand square meters, and over 7 million flower bulbs planted every year, this is one of the largest and most beautiful gardens on earth. Of course, the kings of the gardens are the famous tulips, which are featured in a large variety of species.
But the Keukenhof Gardens are open to visitors only eight weeks a year, in the spring. So plan accordingly!
