Because Pink's Hot Dogs are a true American legend and a Hollywood love story, between a business and a city. The place was born with Paul and Betty Pink, who in 1939 took a $50 loan and began selling sausages from a small cart, on the corner of a neighborhood street in Bela Melrose and Melrose. Pretty soon the city fell in love with the wonderful chili sausages of the couple and their friendly service.
Today, Fink's is a necessary landmark in Hollywood, with dozens of branches throughout the US, from southern California to Ohio and Las Vegas, the historic feeling, and the fun atmosphere here is a distinctly Hollywood experience that goes on into the night, especially for the nightclub crowd.
The sausages here are authentic local food, especially the wonderful Chili Dog, which so many people flock here to eat and that even songs have been written about it. Over the years, here came pickup trucks with simple Americans from the villages, along with glossy limousines that emitted movie and pop legends like Marlon Brando, Orson Welles and Michael Jackson. Everyone in the space of this restaurant or on its patio enjoyed a selection of dozens of divine sausage sandwiches from the wonderful Pinkas. enjoy your meal!
